Established in 2011, White Peacock is a luxury full-service event production and design house based in Minneapolis, Minnesota, and working with clients worldwide. Our team’s collective 25+ years of experience provides a full range of services, including event design and planning for corporate events, non-profit initiatives, weddings and social celebrations.  White Peacock prides itself on exceeding client expectations with exceptional execution and fresh energy. We believe life is for celebrating, so our team infuses positivity and enthusiasm into all that we do. MEET THE TEAM

Nicole Liwienski

Co-Founder

Prior to co-founding White Peacock, Nicole found success working in the healthcare industry and spent a short season at home with her children. Fueled by her love of curating beautiful celebrations, she provides creative direction for White Peacock, managing our brand’s social media platforms and strategic visual design elements, while also lending her expertise to help create custom client experiences. Her passion for giving back has led to active involvement in volunteering on charity event committees, both as a member and a chair. Nicole is a visionary, design expert and hostess at heart who believes in making people feel special and celebrated. When she’s not channeling her creative spirit for White Peacock, Nicole loves to travel, host dinner parties for friends,  and spend time with her family and Emmie, their weimaraner.

Jennifer Rasmussen

Co-Founder

Jennifer made the leap from a corporate role in human resources to a career in event production when she realized it could be more than a side gig. As a planner extraordinaire with an entrepreneurial spirit, a flawless attention to detail and the ability to manage complex logistics with ease, her transition to running a business and orchestrating multiple events was seamless. Jennifer manages the full range of our behind-the-scenes business operations, ensuring every aspect of White Peacock and its client experiences run flawlessly. Her commitment to building meaningful relationships brings a sense of purpose and trust to all that she does. Outside of her work at White Peacock, Jennifer enjoys cooking and taking on new adventures with her two busy boys, her husband and King, their bulldog.

Layne Trout

Senior Planner

Gifted in creating exceptional experiences, Layne has spent 14 years bringing those experiences to life through her work in corporate and nonprofit events. Her breadth of expertise spans logistics planning, management and execution, sponsorship activation, project management, staffing management, system creation, donor retention and stewardship. In her role at White Peacock, Layne oversees and executes the vision of each event to perfection while also thinking creatively and problem-solving on the fly. As someone who values clear communication, strong relationships and celebrating life’s little and big moments, she tailors every event in a way that has meaning and builds lasting memories. When she’s not managing events for White Peacock, Layne loves spending time with her husband and their three boys, and traveling to visit extended family and friends.

Kaylyn Graiziger

Event Manager

Kaylyn dives into life with an open heart and open mind while always keeping a list in hand to stay organized. Armed with a passion for learning and adventure, Kaylyn approaches her event manager role at White Peacock with enthusiasm and energy. She brings an incredible combination of expertise to the team, balancing her creativity with excellent organizational skills and an extraordinary attention to detail. From event planning to world traveling, Kaylyn loves to meet new people and soak up new experiences. She has traveled to 16 countries all over the world and enjoys entertaining friends at home or celebrating out on the town.

Betsy Rogers

Event Manager

Betsy greets each day with a positive attitude and a heart of service. She believes that it’s the small things that make life extraordinary, and she applies that philosophy to her work at White Peacock, always willing to go the extra mile to create a memorable experience. With a background in special events and a degree in hospitality, Betsy brings sensibility and experience to her role, as well as a personal approach and a flair for creativity. From spending time with her husband and dog to taking road trips and hosting game nights with friends, Betsy is always grateful for life’s special moments.

Emily Gilk

Event Coordinator

Emily has a passion for all things pretty and detailed. She loves inventing unexpected combinations to create an unforgettable statement. Emily started her career at White Peacock as an intern and has grown into her event coordinator role, providing invaluable on-site support that ensures each event is executed with elegance. With her love for connecting with others and her desire to give every client their dream experience, Emily contributes an energetic and welcoming quality to the team.  Some of her favorites include iced coffee, beach vacations and quality time with her family and friends.
